No, this is not necessary & is not possible. Each branch has more than 20 rooms, vacated rooms are immediately cleaned to make them available again as quickly as possible. Before arrival, you can call the relevant branch to check whether there are any rooms available. This means you still don’t have to leave any details or fill in reservation forms.
You can pay in cash with 5, 10, 20 or 50 euro notes. Please note that the payment terminals only give back in coins. It is therefore certainly advisable to pay appropriately. Notes >50 euros are not accepted.
You can pay at our payment terminals with Maestro, VISA and Mastercard. Portable card terminals are provided in the hotels for these card types.
Maximum accessibility of the garages is 2m00 high by 2m70 wide. The garages are large enough for 1 vehicle.
The entire structure of our branches is designed to make your arrival, stay & departure as discreet as possible. The entire check-in procedure takes a maximum of 2 minutes. From the moment the barrier opens, you drive directly into your garage, which closes automatically after detecting your vehicle. So you only have to drive in and out of the car parks, of course you can’t avoid anything here.
No, you can only do this when you close the accommodation. When you press the check-out button in the garage, you signal that the room may be cleaned. Of course, in the event of an emergency or a defective gate, you can pull the cord of the gate motor to open the gate manually.
Our car parks are under permanent camera surveillance, which is only used in the event of theft, vandalism and other malpractice. Images can be requested by the police.
You immediately contact reception or leave a note/email stating the nature of damage, time of stay/room number and desired method of contact.
You can let visitors in once during your stay. These visitors must register via the intercom and can park in our rear car parks. The reception will call you to check whether this is correct and will then provide the visitor with access to your garage and room. The reception will also close the gate again. It is not permitted to allow visitors to enter more than once.
You will find a menu in the rooms with all products, the times of service and the telephone number of the reception. During service hours you can call reception using the room telephone to place an order. Once you have placed the money for this order in the service hatch, you will find your order here a few minutes later. Preparation time depends on the chosen product.
