Check-in at Carotel is simply through a pay machine, upon entering the property. On this machine you choose the desired length of stay, your room and make the payment (by bank card or cash). Then the barrier to the parking lot as well as your personal garage door will temporarily open, allowing you to drive directly into your room. When your vehicle is detected, the garage door will close by itself. This keeps your personal valuables, as well as your car safely locked during free parking! Contact with other guests and staff is thus reduced to the bare minimum.
Finally, it is also important to mention that there is 24/7 camera surveillance in the parking lot. In case of damage or inappropriate activity, these images can be requested by the police.
