With us, no struggling through wind and weather to get from the parking lot to your room – we invariably provide our visitors with a garage under their room. So you drive straight into your luxury experience! After check-in, the barrier and garage gate open automatically, to close again upon detection of the vehicle. So no personal contact, but peace of mind.
Check-in from the car
No need to get out of your car for check-in either. We have a convenient pay machine to book your room there – without a reservation. After choosing the length of stay and room, you can make the payment immediately, either cash or bank card. Then you drive into the room and can enjoy your luxurious stay!
Be pampered in our luxurious rooms
Whether your stay is long or short, you naturally want to enjoy a luxurious experience. Therefore, we provide a quality room with custom furniture. A cozy sitting area with TV and free wifi complete the picture. Our bathroom is also equipped with all the necessary elements, including a nice shower.
Are you too hot during the summer months? Then we have a solution for that, too. In fact, we have installed air conditioning in our rooms in Rumst and Kuurne.

Excellent room service
Carotel provides a nice range of room service. Using the room phone, you can place an order from our wide range of tasty drinks and snacks, and we will come and deliver them to the service cabinet in your room. You leave the appropriate amount in there or pay by card or payconic and then your order appears in the cabinet. Thus, again, there is no direct contact with external persons and you can continue to enjoy your discreet stay.
We value good hygiene very highly. Once again, our day hotels distinguish themselves by passing the annual FASFC inspections with high scores.
